" If you didn't invest in lhsg , why did you start the thread, and how did you learn of this issue? " I tend to start many IPO's in the hopes that one may emerge as an investment gem, like LHSG. Unfortunately, the sky-high PE scared me off, and I never took a position. With regards to the price drop, most small-caps are down 30-50% from their highs. LHSG's high PE, IMHO, caused it to get caught-up in the carnage. DD
