KZAP - you say that Poole has a rig available now. This is the only company that met the "insurance requirements" of CSMA for the work to be done that would bring the well into compliance. Why is there not a rig on location now, doing the work? Could it be that there is no money? Maybe the money is being spent on homes, cars, and boats! IMHO, I dont think that the well is worth anything. It is worthless.
