copy of my yahoo post ( or post by a yahoo... depending on how ya look at it )
I've been following TTRIF for about a year. I have yet to buy in.
I've also followed Trooper...don't own any o that s*it either.

Bottom line : ( My own analysis.... take it or leave it)
1)I see TTRIF sliding because of the legal action between it and trooper. This is the
normal reaction that market initially has to litigation.
2) There is still uncertainty about the results of the litigation because the fat lady has yet
to sing.
3) The argument whereby Trooper has as much to lose in this as TTRIF seems valid to
me. Their agreement ( the polish thing ) may well be in danger of collapse.
4)TTRIF is looking for financing to continue expanding ( adding )TMP's. Equity
financing seems out of the question at this point because of the low share price and the
additional detrimental effects that would bring to it. TTRIF MUST continue
implementing TMP's to ahve any chance of reachng their targets.
5) Financing anything is difficult when the judges gavel hangs over you .

It comes down to that. Yes ttrif is not as attractive as it once was. We can all
speculate ( some are reaal good at it ) as to what will happen re: the legal thing, but the
fact is, neither trooper tramps ( a good many who post here) nor TTRIF fans ( ibid)
KNOW for sure how this legal thing will turn out.

This is either a real fine opportunity to get some TTRIF at a bargan basement price, or
a bad deal at any price.
You may as well flip a coin. Due diligence does not take into account a lot of the
unknowns. You can get legal opinions....... but you are still limited...
heads or tails anybody ?
