Public Analysis & Review (PAR) Announces Gerald F. LaKarnafeaux, CFA Will Initiate Professional Coverage for ALYA International (ALYA);
New York City -- Public Analysis & Review (PAR), administered by the non-profit Investors Research Institute, Inc., has announced that Gerald F. LaKarnafeaux, CFA, San Diego, a professional analyst qualified in its unique continuing analyst program, will initiate coverage of ALYA International (OTCBB:ALYA), beginning immediately.
During the past 30 years, Mr. LaKarnafeaux has held senior positions in international and regional investment banking firms as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and director of corporate finance. Mr. LaKarnafeaux is a principal of the consulting firm, KeyRatios, Inc. which assists early stage private and public companies in the areas of corporate valuation and capital formation. He has been an active member and officer of regional chapters of The Financial Analyst Society, The Corporate Finance Council and The American Society of Appraisers.
The initial report is expected to be issued within a few weeks, and afterwards ALYA will be followed on a quarterly basis after the issuance of each earnings report.
