I have no idea how much of MCAF revenue growth is due to Vycor. I believe that not much though. There is no "public" way of obtaining that data, though I remember that a particular MCAF employee was reading SI threads, so maybe she'll offer us some numbers. I doubt it.

The Vycor adventure is still to young to judge, but it seems to me that it won't have an Earth shattering effect on the problem management market (your terminology for the help desk sector).

At the time, I thought that the Vycor acquisition was a good (read: cheap) deal, and I still think so. However, I was mostly impressed with the network/system management related acquisitions they made (e.g., Saber).

Hope we don't get yelled on as usual for discussing MCAF on another thread.
