Stan,

Have you found any more information on Consygen (CSGI) consygen.com? Most services don't mention them for lack of volume. Their trading range is @2 to @20. They closed Friday at 9+ and @ 45,000 shares.

EDGAR has practically nothing on them. There is one form, an 8-K, which provides interim information on important changes. On September 5 they had a name change and recapitalization under a "reverse acquisition" procedure. There are 13 mil shares outstanding, of which 9 mil are owned by the President, Bob Stewart. That leaves about 4 mil to be traded publicly.

They began trading publicly on September 11. They used to be called C Square Ventures out of Boca Raton, FL. Now they are Consygen in Phoenix, AZ. I can't find any prospectuses or anything else under either of those names. I'd also like to know the number of employees, etc. (Note they ask prospective employees to write, not call.) I still think what they say they can do is interesting.

Frank, those three job openings could be generic and not specific, i.e. they may want a number of programmers and system analysts.

M.M.
