HI GLENN, As far as GE buying all the shares. First if the STREET sees GE buying all the stock this will drive the stock price up and we would all make money. Second if GE owns all the shares and let the price go down to .01 what difference would it make to DR.D. ? NONE . They would be a silent partner . Dr.D. has controlling votes and GE couldn't change a thing. IMO. YOUR THOUGHTS FRANK
