The Street,

You edited your original post. I had concentrated on non-reporting (or non-filing, if you prefer) companies because my concerns were then and are now for those types of companies. I feel, rightly or wrongly, that the vast majority of NR OTC-BB stocks are scams, frauds and just plain bad investments.

If you include the entire world of OTC-BB, then by definition, you exclude the Pink Sheets that are not OTC-BB. It becomes very difficult to categorize one company in slot A and another in slot B; who is the responsible agency (OTC or Pink Sheets); and the universe of BB stocks becomes too large (over time) for one person to look at them all to find success stories. So I knowingly chose to look only at NR OTC-BB, not the entire BB universe. Certainly if reporting BB stocks are included, the likelihood of finding success stories will increase, if only because you're looking at a much larger number of stocks.
