MIS INTERNATIONAL, INC: STOCK OF THE WEEK

MIS International, Inc. (OTC-BB-MISM-.11) We put out a STOCK ALERT on this one
Friday. It moved from the .06 area to .13 and then closed at .11. The buying
pressure continued right up until the bell. We anticipate it will continue climbing
on Monday and throughout the week.

MIS International is in the retail franchise business. The Company currently
has a 14 store franchise base of 1 "Wheel to Wheel" (automotive repair shop)
and 13 "Pretzel Twister" locations. Current revenues are approximately $700,000.

The Company is currently in the process of obtaining financing to purchase an
additional 23 Pretzel Twister outlets. The ultimate corporate goal is to acquire
250 stores total. This would increase annual revenues to $20 million annually.
A press release is supposed to come out announcing a huge financing arrangement
on Monday or Tuesday.

MISM was at a 52 week high of .75 last October. It now appears to be moving
away from its 52 week low of .06. Our short term target range is .25 to .30,
and then longer term over $1. We have heard that another large newsletter is
recommending MISM on Monday as well. We will bring you more information and updates
as it becomes available. We plan on putting our orders in this weekend so that
we open up higher and start the week off the same way we left it on Friday.
Watch for the Wall Street West listing Monday or Tuesday.
