I am glad your process of creating a SMO went well. I thought I would make a comment on pricing that I have said to everyone publishing with Wave on the web. E commerce is very new and Wave has built a turn-key solution that requires no technical expertise, no secure servers, No mis department, and no hassles. If you sell a million copies of the book call me and we will happily negotiate. Meanwhile be happy that if you sell 100 copies you are a "profitable Web business" try saying that 100 times quickly :) Our web product will grow as we put marketing muscle behind it, but I think there is better use for our cash today then spending 10 million in an advertising campaign. It's cool it's easy and the Wave internet teams budget is that they can spend all of their revenue. We are keeping it simple today but tell your friends about the best way to sell on the web.
