I've just spent the evening with the Value Line on my lap. I find some of my best picks on the Worst Performing Stocks list for the last 13 weeks. Quite often I have found stocks jump from the Worst to Best list, that's when I sell. By the way, I noticed your E-Mail address. Did you work for Borg-Warner? I am currently employed by Borg-Warner Automotive in Frankfort Illinois, for the last 13 years. Bill H.
