I thought INTC had decided to produce most of their own networking gear about the time the Compac bought Digital Equipment. If you can pinpoint that time frame & search under previous MRVC posts that might be a good place to look. I thought it was discused here but am not certain. INTC owns stock in both MRVC & XIRC . XIRC has been a really strong stock lately, Perhaps there is speculation that INTC might be interested in buying XIRC. Somewhere it was mentioned that INTC was looking to pick up a networking company. Hey lets start a MRVC rumor to flush out the shorts a bit. Naw , that would be cheating . Right ?
