There appears to be an official investigation going on into the manipulation of CEL-SCI in the securities markets. In no way does this involve ANY wrong doing by officers or directors at CEL-SCI or anyone else at CEL-SCI. This is an investigation into market manipulation by a father & son outside of CEL-SCI.
It's believed that the son (an analyst) became very close to those at CEL-SCI and used his influence to gain access to information before it was available to the public. He funneled this information to his father, who happens to run an investment fund. This fund is believed to be the major short. Then the son positively reported about CEL-SCI and encouraged others to buy the stock. So far, there's not much wrong with this picture, unless you've arranged a deal with your father's firm to short the stock while you're promoting it. So investors buy the stock, but the stock moves very little because Dad is shorting it to the investors. Then, the son's view of CEL-SCI changes to the negative and he begins telling his following to drop the stock and short it. Of course, the stock price falls. And who do you think is buying all those shares from the selling investors and covering his short at a price well below where his firm shorted it? Daddy!
It's quite an orchestration and the officials are just beginning to unfold it. I won't spill any names or major details, but, IMO, if this is accurate and the major short is about to be nailed by regulators, this may be a good time to own CEL-SCI. The short term may have taken a turn toward the positive. Even if no short covering is
imposed by regulators (and I highly doubt this will be the case), simply having the major short out of the way should spell better days for CEL-SCI's stock.
I'm not guaranteeing the above to be 100% accurate, but this is a sincere effort to keep you informed of the basics in a timely manner. This information comes from sources that are highly reliable.
