No bill I have never worked for Borg Warner. My name is tom Warner and Borg just happens to be my ISP provider. I am retired since 1994.

I have used value line for many years and have it both in the paper and electronic version.

I would like to suggest two good books for you on investing.

1. The evaluation of common stocks by Arnold Bernhard (founder of value line)

2. Street smart investing (a price value approach to stock market profits) by George B. Clarimont and Kiril Sokoloff--excellent book and goes along with value line.

I bought both of these books some time ago and use them often. George subscribes to looking at 52 week lows as a start.
