I agree with your comments about the proposed guidelines. My problem was also with disallowing company reps to post. I have seen a number of excellent examples of such, keeping ALL shareholders informed and offering a convenient, public way to ask questions and have a written record of such. I really can't imagine what the authors were thinking on that point. Considering the state of regulation in this country, I really have my doubt about any kind of enforcement.

IF this is true, SI and other forums are really going to be turned into a circus. While the complaint is over 'copyright', it is clear the accused has been termed 'negative'. What will it take for these companies to learn?
