TLAB we as shareholders in TLAB are buying a technology. Presumably, this technology is worth that and more according to Tellab's management. But the market seems to be telling us that Tellabs has grossly overvalued the technology judging by potential customer's purchasing habits. <<

TLAB is just getting some overpriced technology eh? Are you forgetting the fact that TLAB is getting over half a billion in revenues and over $100 million in net income to go along with the deal? Oh, don't forget to throw in a couple hundred million in cash from CIEN to spice up the deal.
