Frank, I agree with Phil and it seems that you are warming to L3 despite what I sensed was an initial reluctance to their plan. I do also agree about the present (however fleeting) synergies with QWST and seeming ego issues. Are there any potential synergies with broadband wireless? McCaw seems to think so in light of his LMDS investment and arrangement with L3. Lastly, what is Royce Holland's (of Allegience Tele. from your article) background? I seem to recall some connection with MFS or MFNX? I have worked with Yost and he is top notch. Regards, Ken.
