The Russians decided to have a moratorium on their debts for 90 days. Yeltzin is going to meet with his PM to discuss the situation. My speculation is a panic selling at open with a strong reversal tomorrow. The FED will be forced to ease due to teh high dollar IMHO and to avoid a meltdown of the financial markets. Russia is not Japan and the western security relies on a stable Russia. Japan fall will be blessing for the west as the Samurai culture will finally disapear and Japan will join western style values and financial standarts. BWDIK Haim
