Sounds a bit confusing....viagra is apparently available in UK through private clinics by private prescription. But it is not available by private prescription through GPs (PCPs) or hospital clinics. This is my understanding. It seems an anomaly, but that is the situation I think. So EMEA approval would relate to availablility through NHS outlets either on NHS or by private prescription. I will check.
