Not sure I believe that Russia is up. Germany is 1.13% down, but really who cares about Germany, China/Russia/Japan are the key markets to watch - IMO. Have not heard any news on devaluation, only Russian, but I would guess from reading the press, that some countries may use this as an excuse to follow... Steve, what you making of the whole mess ?
