I agree with your evaluation on the contributors to this thread. Continually enlightening and entertaining (you personally deserve no small measure of the kudos).

As for the Rhodes announcement, I do not find it alarming. A decision was made, perhaps mutually with the Board, that he would share executive authority for the time being. I can understand that his intentions to leave and the ability of the Company to focus on finding a successor were not on the same schedule. Until a successor is found, I suspect not a lot will change, since the same people are running the Company for the time being. A committee is not inherently unworkable, at least for a limited time period. I also look forward to the idea of a new CEO, as the Company is now moving into a commercial marketing phase, and I assume that marketing/distribution is not Rhodes' strong suit.

Overall, I look forward to the appointment of a dynamic person capable of realizing the tremendous potential of this Company.
