Russia IS up, albeit on small volume. This is an extremely intriguing day. If Brazil (and TBR) go down we can shrug it off to poor emerging mkt fundamentals as much of the investment community will do. But if there is strength there, especially if Brazil follows a modestly firm U.S. market that might support arguments that Brazil and much of Latin America is not tied to Asia or Russia as many have been stating. Makes me feel good about watching today,
