JD, As I said earlier, Ralf's analysis was flawed because he compared the last couple of years of LGND's deal with a few companies that he selected and he used the 6 year history of the companies (and of course ignored the fact that LGND also had a 6 year history). In your case, your analysis is also flawed. BARS showed income for programs for which LGND already had partners, and they used 50 million shares in the calculations for 2006 to create a $14.55 EPS. If LGND does a $200 million deal each year, the royalty and milestone payments would be markedly higher in 2006 than projected in the BARS' report, which of course was done by a well known company.
