Dear Joe: I agree that its hard to imagin much downside risk at these levels. As far back as I can remember when the company was basically bankrupt and loosing money in oodles stock was around 2 7/8. This is a FAR different company than it was then. Hardly nothing is the same. Much improved and deeper management, many more employees, far stronger financials and a bushel load of backlog. JDN
