Nancy, You Nitter! (No, I guess I'm the nitter!) I'll give you the identical/opposite characteristics of love and hate. You do this circle, and, at the top are Love and Hate. At the bottom is Indifference. So, you pull top and bottom - and turn it into a line. Love/Hate at the top - and Indifference at the bottom. OK, Indifference is the opposite of love. But I won't let you off the Love/Fear hook. Nobody, you nor anyone else, will say that Fear is more akin to Indifference than it is to Love/Hate. Fear in in the "emotional" milieu. Indifference in the "nonemotional." Thus, not the opposite of Love. Yes?. George
