DIDAX INC. Signs Content, Revenue-Development
Deal With Premier Provider of 'Values Based Investing' Tools and
Information

Award-winning Christian Web site enhances move into online personal finance by
tapping
Institute for American Values Investing

CHANTILLY, Va., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- DIDAX INC. (Nasdaq: AMEN -
news), the Internet builder of CCN: The
Christian Community Network(TM) (http://www.christcom.net) today announced the
acquisition of the brand name and
proprietary investment screens developed by the Institute for American Values
Investing.

The Institute for American Values Investing (IAVI), based in Redmond, Washington,
has gained recent recognition in the
Christian, conservative and financial communities for its leadership in the ''values based
investing'' arena and for its
development of database screening methodologies that allow investors to evaluate
current or potential holdings based upon a
range of conservative values. Scott Fehrenbacher, founder and president of IAVI, and
now a DIDAX employee, has appeared
or been recognized in media ranging from CNBC and The New York Times to
conservative radio programs such as ''The
Janet Parshall Show'' and ''Beverly LaHaye Live.''

''IAVI is a perfect fit for DIDAX on two fronts,'' William Parker, CEO and President of
DIDAX, said. ''First, it offers yet
another unique approach to providing ''information for Christians, not just Christian
information'' on the Web. Of course our
spiritual lives are important, but how we translate our faith into values and apply those
values to our lives -- in this case, to our
personal financial decisions -- is where the rubber meets the road and where we will
continue to distinguish ourselves on the
Web.

''Second, the IAVI screens provide the basis for a wide range of revenue opportunities.
The investment pool held by Christian
and conservative investors, both individually and in aggregate, in forms such as pension
plans and 401(k)s, is estimated at
10-20% of the total stock and mutual fund market. Most of these investors have never
had a simplified way to direct their
accounts in accordance with their personal or organizational values. We anticipate --
based upon initial inquiries from within the
financial community -- the development of numerous financial opportunities both online
and offline, that will be driven by the
IAVI screens and methodologies.''

IAVI investment content will appear within the CCN Money channel
(http://money.christcom.net) on the Christian Community
Network. Recently launched in beta mode, future plans call for the channel to include a
broad range of editorial content,
services, links and tools to facilitate personal financial planning, online money
management and the application of biblical
principles to the process. Initial content relationships, in addition to IAVI, include
Reuters Business News; M.A.I.N. Financial
Services, a life and annuity insurance marketing firm; and Ron Blue & Company, a
nationally known Christian financial planning
firm. Fehrenbacher and IAVI have relocated to the suburban Washington, DC offices of
DIDAX, where he will also manage
the CCN Money channel.

''DIDAX and CCN represent the most significant opportunity I've seen, to tap into the
desire for 'values based investing' that's
surging across the country,'' said Fehrenbacher. ''The Christian and conservative
communities are now recognizing the impact
their investments can have upon corporate America, and the icing on the cake is that
investment returns DON'T have to be
sacrificed to have that impact. The Internet, with CCN taking the lead, is the perfect
universal forum for these discussions and
for the information and tools that allow people to practically apply their values to
investment decisions.''

CCN: The Christian Community Network(TM) was named ''1997 Christian Web Site
of the Year'' by Best of the Christian
Web (BOTCW), an online advocate site for the Christian community. The site currently
offers a range of content and services
that includes: Gofishnet.com, the #1 online Christian music retailer; Reuters headline
news; MovieGuide(TM) family-friendly
movie reviews; CCN Hit Radio, a 24-hour RealAudio-based contemporary Christian
music station; Web search, directories,
and links; interactive games; articles, columns, expert advice, Q&A; chat and discussion
forums; CCN Events directory; a
parent's guide to formal and informal educational resources; links to retail, non-profit,
and ministry affiliates; and more.
