Not sure what the effect of this will be on trading today- but I would guess it's not going to cause any rallies. <<08:35 ET: S&P futures are trading 5 points below fair value, indicating another down open...but that is off an earlier low of 10+ points below fair value...Russia devalued their currency, underlining their debt problems...Asia stocks broadly lower with Japan -2.2% and European stocks are lower...lack of good news today. >> TW
