Bmart,

Since you had to include my name and assert I will be "smearing" this company, I feel compelled to answer.

Assuming that you're correct and RMIL was targeted as a terminal short, could you tell us any reason why these short-seller's felt they could get away with it??

Let me offer a suggestion.. Maybe its because RMIL was blatantly misrepresentative in its press releases and thus worthy of being shorted knowing full well the SEC would hop in, halt the stock, and lock in their short profits. mind you, I don't totally buy this conspiracy theory

But what if RMIL had been in compliance? What if all of their filings had been in order, would not the short squeeze have worked since the SEC would not have any reason to halt the stock??

That is ALL THAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL.

I showed you a potential vulnerability, namely the trouble an AZNT competitor faced with the FDA for a SIMILIAR PRODUCT LINE.

I saw that AZNT was advertising Touch of Nature as a potential replacement for Nutrasweet and Sweet&Low, without proper FDA approval as a food additive. This is basically what Stevita was nailed for.. advertising their product as a food additive/ingredient, rather than a "dietary supplement".

And Bmart, I personally AGREE WITH YOU about letting these companies market their product as sweetener, (so long as there exists appropriate history of usage or safety). I don't use Nutrasweet, and am personally looking for a replacement for Sweet&Low.

Whether you agree with me or not, I provided you an example of where AZNT could be vulnerable to FDA intervention (as well as targeted by short sellers) based upon their advertising and news releases proclaiming TofN as a sweetener/food additive.

If you choose to ignore this and NOT TAKE ACTION to protect your investment, don't blame me.

I have nothing further to say, and I wish you guys success. I REALLY DO since I want a new sweetener out there myself.

But I won't buy this stock until I see the company stop walking the fine line of being in FDA compliance. Too much risk of an inquiry and raid on the company's offices.

Do you want that?? Then get off your *$$ and take some action.

Do you think the short-sellers won't be on the phone with the FDA this morning bringing the information I found to their attention??
I hope not...

but the only way to end-run them is to make the company come into compliance through shareholder action. Given what happened to Stevita, AZNT will likely thank you for bringing this to their attention.

Take care and I'll leave you alone.

No need to respond.

Regards,

Ron
