There has NEVER been a stock holders meeting. Check the SEC filings to confirm this, if you like. Chances of one in the future are (pick one)
(1) slim
(2) none

At one time there was some interest in forcing one, at least there was a lot of discussion on the old Yahoo thread. I believe that there was a collective opinion that enough shares couldn't be mustered to cause one to happen. It would be a great idea to have one.

I own several stocks that regularly have conference calls. They are very productive for the stockholders in getting the facts out and they even have question and answer period at the end. OFIS has them pretty regularly. Maybe we should try and get him to do one. It would do wonders for investor relations. His 'tell all', 'answer all' on KingFine was a farce. Maybe he could make up for it this way. Course we still have some very hard questions for RA to field and I would suspect he would not want to answer. I don't know what the cost would be, but it could pay dividends for us all if's done right. It's the kind of thing a forward looking company would do. I think it would be worth a try to get him to do one.... cause I don't think he will ever call a share holders meeting...
