Nemer and Lisa..... thanks for your imput I appreicate your comments and it does help a bit to know that others have made the same mistakes along the way. I guess I knew that I wasn't the only one but god this hurts!! I sold my calls this morning a few minutes after the open. I'm just going to watch what happens today to see how things go. Patrick, I'm going to buy the book you suggested. And the one thing I seem to keep hearing and I think I will post it above my computer is to limit your losses!! Jump in and stop your loss from getting out of control and move on. Oh well... next time Thanks again Robin
