Dom, I'd be interested in knowing what you think the SEC could have done -"well I guess the sec isn't doing there (sic) job's (sic) to save the small investor from these company's (sic) that defraud people" I don't believe that the SEC can police the hundreds (thousands?) of PRs that are issued each month - especially those from non-reporting companies. When the SEC gets a number of complaints concerning a company (MTEI!), then they will start to dig. bbruin
