Well, it used to be OTC STOCK TRANSFER out of Salt Lake City at 801-485-5555.

QTNT switched those transfer duties from them about a few months ago, making QTNT their own transfer agent with Dave Taylor in charge.

At the time of the switch, QTNT had 8,073,616 shares outstanding.
