Greta, Speaking of being cynical...here is some more food for thought...President Yeltsin said on Friday he would not devalue the ruble...then today, he changes his mind...today..when Clinton is testifing....hmmmm and we contribute a considerable amount of money to the IMF and I would think we have considerable influence into their decisions...hmmmm and Russia needs the IMF to help bail them out...hmmmmm.... coincidence or back room deal making...hmmmmmm
