Regardless of whether it was a geographic location or not,
it is still the LAST contract that the major players passed on!
Why do you think it was the last meat left on the table?
Because it didn't smell good to other telco's that's why.

What DGIV has service to is probably a few phone booths in villages, where most homes don't even have phones.

Per Jimmy Chin in DGIV's 1st newsletter:
"I know that Digitcom's involved stockholders have helped
insulate us from some of the ups and downs that many Bulletin Board companies endure."

I feel the "involved stockholders" are in all likelihood
comprised of these foreign interests themselves.
Perhaps these foreign governments are being compensated for the
contracts in shares of DGIV and intend to profit not from
the long term fruition of the contracts, but from short term
appreciation of shares they received as remuneration.
If that is the case, then who is to say that the promoters aren't
paid foreign operatives of third world dictatorships?

Intriguing isn't it ("insulate us from the ups and downs")
that R1 and his ilk may have an R45 value to Vietnam and Qatar's
short-term profit from shares.

P.S. I will ignore the libelous "DUMMY" comment.
Let's try and keep our exchanges on a mature level of discourse.
