TO ALL:***********************************************************

Now, I believe the blame goes to noneother than JACK USELTON. He has done nothing but lie to me, but unfortunately, I have not figured it out till its too late. For starters, he says he didn't know about the PR's in question until investors started calling him. However, he never denied them, and on one occassion, he told me that he wondered why the stock was not trading at $2.85, since that was the book value. Then, when the PR came out about the additional 8k acres, I asked him if the book value before was $2.85, that we must have a BV of $3-4 now. His response, "Yes, and that's a conservative number." Then, in one of our first conversations, he stated that "he wasn't doing this for the sake of a stock deal." And, "If we were just doing this for a stock deal, we wouldn't have done it"(reverse merger). Sure seems to me like doing this for the stock deal was the ONLY REASON Mountain Energy ever existed. Oh, and the buy, buy, buy was always present when the stock weakened. Regarding his son and nephew that along with Jack own a MM company- How could his son and nephew be a MM and Jack not know anything about stocks? Funny, in our phone conversation this past Sat., Jack seemed to know an awful lot about stocks, overseas accounts, transferring Candadian and US dollars to offshore accounts, etc. Of course, in his telling me about this subject, it was always said that Gort and Christensen were the one's that were actually doing it, not good ole Jack.

Jack, if you are reading this, please call me and let me know what part of my post is incorrect.

Shame on you, Jack.
