Hi, Lee-- No, I didn't get any details on the financing plan. Just the broad strokes. Ben painted it as a favorable deal for HeartSoft, one that will be good for the company and the shareholder. What Ben was going to tell us, but apparently can't spare enough time to come here to post, is that a major educational materials publisher recently approached HeartSoft about acquiring the company. While Ben has rejected three previous offers, this one went a little differently. When Ben told the suitor what his terms were, they called back and merely asked, "Where do we go from here?" Ben said I'd recognize the suitor's name if I heard it. This might not work out, but if it does, this 35&#162 stock is gonna fly!! Cheers! Rick
