Gerry, re Ivaco, I also hold the Iva.Pr.I (as well as the E,F +H) and feel the dividends are pretty secure with Ivaco nicely profitable and selling off some of their unused assets(E.G. the land in midtown Atlanta). Scott

the H is also attractive since it converts into Dofasco common
