Tom, Last years annual report was signed on or around September 26th... so I'd give them until that time to file this years.... I talked with the SEC the other day...just collecting info... they have a deadline of 90 days following the end of a reporting period for a company to file their statements before it is considered "late"... That would mean the end of September for USTT
