I am still a whole hearted believer in MXR. I have heard and had confirmed from other sources that what he says is true. The company has instructed their lawyers to proceed with the paper work to exercise their option on the copper/gold property. This paper work must be translated into Spanish and get the regulatory approvals that are needed to complete the exercise of the option.

I don't think that having this completed in early January is a very long time to wait. I also understand Russell's reluctance to launch a major promo campagign until after the paper work is completed.

It's a good time to be bottom fishing on this one or keep a close eye on it till that event happens. Let's not forget that whether MXR completes the paper work next week or next month it is not going to affect the exploration schedule in the least. It just means that they will have that much more to promote when the time is right.
