I am saying that the billions in revenues cited in DGIV PR's would
require contracts in major metropolitan areas. So far, aside from
the company's own claims, there is no confirmation of this.
I believe that the major telco's would not go through a 3rd party
middleman provider but would go direct, hence the other 15 contracts
that DGIV didn't get.
