These after the fact reports is what makes these guys look like perfect idiots. I have yet to see a similar report that adds any value to an investors thinking. On one side they are stating that Cisco has a PSR of 12 because their growth rate is 30% but LU has a growth rate of 22% but trades at a PSR of less than 4 and thats expensive ? Since #2 players in their respective fields (COMS and NT) trade at 2 PSR ? Doesnt that look odd to anyone that they are not casting a cautious view on CSCO whose overvaluation just stands out within this comparison ? I am long Cisco but sometimes such reports just make me wonder on the reporters agenda and whether the report is just a job justification or has a valid point ? -hitesh
