WFS, since GPGI is producing I fail to understand how you can say "that none of the DDs have been even remotely successful". I believe that GPGI has achieved positive cash flow and to increase production is not difficult. To me this means that they are successful. For you to try to carry over to GPGI a possible problem that MAXAM may have is reckless at best. GPGI is different and has reached an important milestone that none of the other DDs have - regular production and therefor self reliance. Regards, Bob
