Tomas!
Maybe the Angolan gov will take a day or to extra when they mobilize for intervention in the DRC, having time to negotiate with the rebels.
But I think that they don't want to take any risks because the rebels seems to be too tight related with Rwanda. Both Rwanda and Angola want to secure their borders but I do not think that the Angolan gov holds the Tutsi force to be a long term solution to their problem.

Tomas, and others on the buying side:
1. Buy before the Angolan intervention.
2. Speculate in the possibility of that war will move south. My personal view is that you will miss the train if you do because I don't think the rebels dare to split their forces in fear of the actions taken by Angola. They would immediately be cut of and surrounded far away from home. We'll see.

Regards,
Gunnar
