Spyder, I agree. I think PJ came out ahead on this deal. But, what I am getting at is this: If the buyer (who gets control premium) is only paying 4.6 cents per share, why would any rational person pay more than that? To get more info, just read the filings. If Harrod really bought the stock, and he really wanted to be considered legit, he (or the real buyer) should file a 13D. Caveat Emptor; Joe
