First of all, we are not in a bear market; although the micro caps can be considered to be in one for about 3 years now.

The BB's will not dies because the MM's love them. There are no rules requiring the reflection of limit orders, and the MM's do not have to fill any order they choose not to.

For these reasons alone, the BB will survive.

That and the fact that Congress will continue to thwart any effort at hurting small entrepreneural enterprises from access to the capital markets.

All these things ensure the contination of the BB; albeit with some stricter rules designed to lessen the likelihood of fraud.

PRFX and FTRK are my two top picks for both survival and a graduation to the nasdaq in the next 6 months.
