I received the below from someone who is not an SI member and asked me to post it. I can tell you he is a pretty smart guy.

After reading the S1, I believe you have come across a real jewel here. I was
in Blockbuster in the early days and this looks like the same thing. Both
industries have many competitors and not one with a dominate position or even
a few percentage of market share. Wayne Huizenga saw this with Blockbuster
(and Waste Management before that) and started buying up competitors on a mass
basis. When he was done he was the leader in the industry and made a lot of
people wealthy in the process.
AAPC looks to be doing the same thing in their market. With sales going from
$95 mil to $350 mil and growing, this company could be a billion dollar
company in the next year or two. With 20 mil shares and $500 mil sales after
the offering, this company is a screaming buy at the $14-16 offering price.
I have some friends who are institutional money managers and when they see the
prospectus they are going to buy the stock at the $14-16 offering price. If
the stock is $8 or $10 or $12 in the open market, they will load their
personal accounts up with it.
