oh and one last not for the winged fool, the reason other majors did not get the 16th license was not because they have not tried, some early reading on this thread points out why they did not succeed
in their efforts. MOTOROLA, was one of the MAJOR-wireless Telco's that had tried to get a license and could not, for their IRIDIUM partner.
