well, there's our financing. I really think we have bottomed out now. NO way would there be a bought deal like this by Nesbitt if there were a bombshell negative announcement coming....they would know. New action is good for the stock and we will build from here again as reserves are increased and production continues to improve. Adding shares at these numbers I believe will be rewarded.

Hold tight and long. ( not to be confused as a buy recommendation as I of course don't know my ass from my elbow ) :o)
