Minor correction...the Babe's best slugging percentage was 1920 at .847. No player has ever come close.

Cy Young's record of 511 will never be touched, and Walter Johnson at 95 fewer wins, is also safe in second place.

The big question is how they would have done had the leagues been integrated. In exhibition games, the Negro Leagues and the Cuban Leagues consistently outperformed MLB so much that Landis put a stop to the embarassment.
