C,mon JDN, you know well enough a company can comment on whether or not they feel comfortable with estimates. I know they can't come out and give you the figures, but they sure can give guidance. (Remember just a few weeks ago when Jobs was almost going through the roof with enthusiasm about Apples earnings)?

One more thought, can you tell me why insiders aren't be purchasing TAVA at these levels. This is one of the two major reasons I have not reentered the stock yet...the second reason being they won't make earnings....
